Leadership is when you are motivated.
Self-motivation is associated with the ability to do everything. Hence those
who are willing to learn and grow, especially in the face of challenges. Some
people have such a strong sense of self- training, they cover most of the
things they target the. While being highly motivated does not come naturally to
almost anyone, however, it is imperative to continue those in the true sense of
what leadership is.
Fueling self-motivation varies for
everyone. Some people are unhappy with the idea of having to prove something
to someone, others need to help them get started. Each to his own. If you are
aware that the reason you jumped in a continuing something to prove someone
wrong, recognize the signs when it's time to stop using these negative and
self-drive your ammo thoughts. No matter how you started, here are 4 ways to
keep your strong personal motivation:
1. be selfish
Take care of yourself. Firstly, if
your needs are not met, you will not be able to serve others to your best ability.
Second, you are responsible for your own happiness. You owe it to your soul,
your heart and your desire. You deserve it. So take care of yourself. Be
selfish, trust fullness, any way you want to. As long as you put first.
2. Have
the desire to inspire
After allowing yourself to be
selfish, start listening to your inner voice. Not what you have or you bring
self-doubt, but one that says loud and clear "That's what you want. Go get
him. "Having this desire to inspire you. Find out what brings you joy,
what gets you smile every time and never fails. Think of funny moments. Recall
experiences where time flew by and you do not want it to end.
If money is no object, what you
want to do? Who do you become?
3. Always
take baby steps
When you have clarity about what
you want to image that the ultimate goal. This could be as simple as finishing
a project, or as large as to make X amount of money at the end of the month.
When you have the finish line in mind, make a list of baby steps you need to take.
Always start with the easiest task. Make each small step. The steps, the faster
they tire you, and the more likely you are missing or stumble. When you have
completed your list, put it somewhere in your view for at least 12 hours a day.
Each time you complete a step,
through your paper. When you see an item is gone, you feel you've actually
accomplished something. When you're bored, return to this desire to inspire. When
was the last time you feel a little laugh and giggle? Why? What happened? Lighten
up, look at the next item on your list, and see for yourself how little the
next step is that it is ridiculous to leave now. Or never.
4. Call a
Time Out
After a number of baby steps, call
a timeout. Go out and do things that have nothing to do with your goal. Get in
touch with people that inspire you in a different way. See the things you want
from a different perspective. Rest and relax, this is the time objective. Call
us at least twice a day time. The next day, come back fresh and continue on the
next baby steps.
How do you know when you are in
possession of a strong self-motivation?
You really do not need others to
get you going. YOU get you. You're in the area, and before you know what you
are working, you did.
To wrap this up: Self-motivation
comes from within. Start by being selfish and take care of yourself first. Then
find those few things that you want and inspire your heart at the same time. When
you find these secrets that fuel your energy, make a game plan consists of a
lot of baby steps. The smaller steps, plus they are easy to take, the more you
would be comfortable to walk on this path.
When self-motivation comes naturally,
leadership is the new you beginning to form. When you reach what you set out to
achieve, you have just won on your own terms. Congratulations!
