How to Develop Key Skills in Youth (five Tips)

.An effective leadership for teens strengthens communication skills, leadership, problem solving, critical thinking and human relations. The following strategies will help you accomplish this task inside and outside the classroom

Select the right learning activities, they make the difference. Therefore, expose participants to activities that are highly interactive and thought-provoking. And when you give instructions to avoid saying teen's objectives. They know the lesson. Save the objectives of the discussion

Small group projects foster communication, problem solving and teamwork. Find projects that require students to work together over a long period of time. Always appoint recorders to observe and report what happens in groups.


3 -Organize training interesting leadership  

Look for opportunities to engage young people in community projects. Plan a mission around a particular issue. In partnership with government agencies, businesses and nonprofit organization
