unfortunately in the business world today, Companies are increasingly put in a position to hire people who did not have adequate training and development for positions of leadership. Essentially, they roll the dice and hope they are lucky
Leadership should not be left to chance and
luck. Instead, companies must invest in their future by investing in the proper
direction and teambuilding skills they needed to develop leaders and managers
on an ongoing basis within their business. As a consultant in business
leadership, I hear too often: "I cannot stand my boss, or my supervisor,
or my manager ... they do not have the slightest idea of dealing with people
or do not understand how to lead. " Having poor leadership skills of
business costs precious dollars in less productive employees, more stressful
work environment, and the number of higher business Companies that are able to maintain and sustain
the success understand the importance of investing in the vital leadership and
management skills training for their employees so when promotions are distributed,
they can fill positions with someone which already has an understanding of
society and the dynamics of leadership. When this happens, there is a smooth
transition in leadership and productivity resulting in a win-win situation for
everyone
