very motivating and discouraging. Autocratic leaders: decisions are taken by
the executive only. Autocratic leaders "do not really have the qualities
to be a true leader with effective leadership skills, but rather act as leaders'
dictator. Any suggestions or ideas of their supporters are now congested, which
can be very problematic when considering motivational purposes. Be an
autocratic leader can lead to success, because the leader can make quick
decisions and get exactly the results it wants its employees. Democratic leaders:
Decisions are made by the group, the leader provides information, support and
guidance and view their team. This leadership style can be much more effective
than autocratic leadership style, as each subject feels like a part of the team
and may have his own ideas. The whole society can benefit from its employees
since they come with effective ideas that autocratic leader may not have. Laissez-faire
leaders: The boss allows its employees to a maximum amount of freedom for their
manufacture and methods of work decision. Employees will be more likely to
receive a specific task or objective and are allowed to do whatever is
necessary to achieve it. A mixture between being democratic and somewhat
laissez-faire has shown very positive results in motivated teams who have
demonstrated a high level of expertise. Autocratic will be very effective when
it comes to quick decision making when there is no time for team discussions or
agreements subordinates. Autocratic leaders will probably not receive 100%
commitment and motivation of their followers.

the leader, a great leader inspires people to have confidence in
